An award-winning Martin Čičvák play, staged by Rastislav Ballek - two of the most progressive and distinctive personalities of present day Slovak theater. This production represents an act of defiance and poignant lamentation over the state of contemporary culture, based on Juraj Kukura’s perspective. The highly entertaining performance engulfs the viewer in sweeping words, images and metaphors expressed by charismatic actors in a theatrical fashion. However, the discourse does not require to be minutely analyzed - the message is clear from the very beginning: culture reflects the state of humanity. If only the theater still possessed the mythical power to uplift and cultivate society!
