Theater Art Studio Moscow

Theater Art Studio is a Moscow theater established in 2006, with a repertoire based on world literature classics that would otherwise hardly find their way to theater stages. Theater Art Studio is a relatively small studio that aims to unite like-minded people and to create relevant productions, without modernizing the original texts, but rather following them word for word. Its troupe consists of students of Sergey Zhenovach’s studio who, upon graduation from the GITIS Russian Institute of Theater Arts in 2005, decided to work together and to establish their own theater with Zhenovach as its director.
